Terms and Conditions

Dear Valued Customers,

Terms & Conditions associated with all ticket purchases made through Tixloka. Tixloka acts as an agent for the Event Organizer (Promoter), Venue Owner, or Event Owner who holds ultimate responsibility for the event ticket.

By purchasing tickets, you agree to the following:

1. Ticket Buyer vs. Ticket Holder: A Ticket Buyer is the individual who purchases and pays for the ticket. A Ticket Holder is the individual who physically possesses the ticket and has the right to enter the event, subject to applicable regulations.
2. Verification: In certain situations, the Ticket Holder (if different from the buyer) may be required to provide valid identification (ID) along with proof of purchase.
3. Power of Attorney: If the Ticket Holder is not the Buyer, a Power of Attorney signed and stamped by the Buyer, accompanied by a copy of their ID, is mandatory.
4. Compliance: Both Ticket Buyer and Ticket Holder are subject to the terms and conditions of Tixloka, the Event Organizer, and the Event Venue.
5. Entry Refusal: Entry to the event may be denied if the ticket was not purchased through Tixloka or its authorized channels.
6. Prohibited Items: Event Organizers and Operators may prohibit specific items such as food & beverages, weapons, drugs, recording devices, or other illegal items. Ticket Holders agree to comply with these regulations.
7. Ticket Exchange/Refund: Purchased tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred or resold. Kiostix and the Event Organizer reserve the right to cancel tickets that have been transferred or resold, denying entry to the Ticket Holder.
8. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances, such as event postponement or cancellation officially announced by the Event Organizer via Tixloka or other official channels.
9. Lost/Damaged Tickets: Lost or damaged tickets due to negligence cannot be reprinted.
10. Mandatory Tickets: Entry to the event will be denied to anyone without a valid ticket (thermal/paper/electronic).
11. Ticket Holders agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and terms and conditions set forth by the Event Organizer (Promoter), except as otherwise stated in any postponement notice, information, or public statement issued by the Event Owner or Event Organizer (Promoter) through Tixloka or other public media. For example:
    1. Age Restrictions: Age restrictions may apply for entry to the event or venue.
    2. Venue Rules: Ticket holders must comply with all venue rules, including security procedures.
    3. Behavior: Ticket holders must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Disruptive or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
    4. Photography and Recording: The Event Organizer may record or photograph the event for promotional purposes.
    5. Liability: Ticket holders assume all risks associated with attending the event and agree to hold harmless the Event Organizer, Venue, and their respective affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or losses.
    6. Force Majeure: The Event Organizer is not liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
    7. Disputes: Disputes will be governed by the laws of the Jurisdiction applicable in the country of the organizer.
